Yes. All campers need to be returned clean.
For any campers that are returned less clean that collected, charges may apply.

We'll always ensure your camper is ready for your collection date and time. If, in a rare scenario this isn't possible, rest assured that we'll contact you to support.
If you've booked for collection on the same day, we just need a maximum of 3 hours to ensure the camper is clean, prepped and ready-for-you. It's as simple-as-that.
If you've booked further in advance, the campervan will be ready for your collection date and time.

Great question. We ensure all our campers come equipped with gas safety certificates and a CO2 alarm for additional peace of mind.
We provide gas bottles as standard. If it runs out, you simply organise for it to be refilled and we'll reimburse you upon returning your vehicle at the end of your hire.

Yes. You are not permitted to use the camper for haulage purposes like delivering/collecting goods, multidrop, taxi or chauffeuring services.
If you intend to use the camper for a specific reason or are unsure about permitted uses, please contact your nearest location team before booking.

All drivers must be aged 25-74 and have held a valid driving license for at least 12 months. Licenses must have no more than 9 points.
For our Grand California 680 model, a C1 license type is required.

You're covered by our insurance as standard. There aren't any hidden fees with us, so the price you see is the price you pay.
For any breakdowns or maintenance queries, we offer VWFS Driverline to ensure your supported from pick up to drop off.
